SMITHS Sectric steel cased factory clock

This is a large clock by anyone's standards., measuring 24" (600mm) across the massive steel case.

This clock was clearly designed to be seen from a distance, e.g. a factory floor, and could also be adapted for use outdoors.

The clock runs on mains electricity and keeps perfect time because it is synchronized to the frequency of the electricity supply.
