METAMEC electro-mechanical 'flip' clock

No collection would be complete without a flip clock, and this is one of the best we have seen.

Flip clocks have been around since the early 1900s, but this example with its flaring and curving lines is very much a product of its time!

The clock is finished in chromed plastic and metallic electric blue and sits on a Saarinen style pedestal. It is driven by its original Kienzle kick-rewind battery movement.
