We use Royal Mail as our principal carrier. Small items are sent by First Class Recorded post; larger items are sent by Standard Parcels or Special Delivery. In all cases items are adequately insured against loss or damage.

Items from our one-stop shop are sent as soon payment is received.

Where an item is prepared to order, we will agree the delivery timescales at the time of ordering.

We can also arrange personal delivery of items if requested, and also for larger items or where installation/setting up may be required. Please contact us for details.
