After you have contacted us with your choice of item, we will confirm the price and delivery details. If you wish to make an online payment, we will send you a PayPal invoice. PayPal enables you to make payments by credit or debit card. It is fast, simple and secure and costs you nothing.

We also welcome payments by cheque, direct bank transfer or cash on delivery, in which case we will send you a standard company invoice.

For items prepared to order, we will confirm the specification, restoration and preparation required, together with the price and timescale for delivery. We will prepare the item at no obligation and send you a full photoset when it is complete. If you then decide to go ahead with the purchase, payment can be made as above.


We use Royal Mail as our principal domestic carrier. Small items are sent by First Class Signed For post; high value items are sent by Special Delivery. For large domestic and overseas shipments we use UPS.

Where an item is prepared to order, we will agree the delivery timescales at the time of ordering.

We can also arrange personal delivery of items if requested, and also for larger items or where installation/setting up may be required. Please contact us for details.


We are confident that the products and service we offer will exceed your expectations, but occasionally things can go wrong.

If you are unhappy - for any reason - you can return your purchase within 21 days for a full refund of the purchase price.

Furthermore, all mechanical and electrical items are guaranteed for one year from date of delivey; for all other items it is unlimited (unless otherwise stated). We also provide informal but unconditional back-up and support.
