This is a good example of the famous Anglepoise lamp in original condition. It is a fairly early example with a rolled rim to the shade and all metal bearings.

It has been disassembled, thoroughly cleaned and rewired with new braided flex. There are some chips to the paint (particularly on the base) and the colour of the base and Crabtree lamp-holder differ from the rest of the lamp. That said it is an honest and original piece - just how we like them!
